What is Deveaux Learning Solutions (DLS), and who is it for?
DLS is a full-service learning solutions company specializing in end-to-end training and development services for organizations, non-profits, and individuals.

How is DLS different from other training or consulting companies?
We leverage interdisciplinary approaches across learning, coaching, consulting, training, and certification. With over 25 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, workflow planning, automation, and more, we deliver solutions that work across many different contexts.

Do I need experience in education or training to benefit from your certification program?
No prior experience is required. Our certification program is accessible to those new to education and ideal for subject matter experts looking to turn their skills into scalable training solutions. However, it is best suited for those professionals looking to incorporate a multidisciplinary approach to their projects such as consultants, subject matter experts, in-house trainers, or education professionals.

What types of clients do you typically work with?
Our clients include startups, non-profits, and solo entrepreneurs. We tailor our services to work across industries and team sizes using our proprietary interdisciplinary approach to learning solutions.

Course and program access

How do I access my course materials?
All courses are delivered through Thinkific. Forgot your credentials? Contact us at heather@devcolearning.com or use the dashboard recovery tools.

How long do I have access to the course or program?
Certification participants receive lifetime access. All other training programs offer up to one year of access unless otherwise stated.

Can I download the materials or access them offline?
Yes. You can download all program materials via your dashboard for offline access. Please refer to our licensing policy for more information.

What happens if I miss a live session?
All live sessions are recorded and made available in your course dashboard.

Products and services

Can we hire DLS to create a full training program and the systems to support it?
Yes. We offer full-service learning, training, and development solutions to create courses, workshops, and full-scale training environments.

What’s included in the certification program?
The DLS Method™ Certification includes training across instructional design, project planning, automation, systems thinking, and more. You’ll complete a capstone project and receive licensed materials, live and lab sessions, office hours, and ongoing access to training content.

How is $50K Consults different from other consulting models?
It’s a proprietary program designed to teach SMEs how to package and sell consulting services at high-ticket prices using tested frameworks and templates.

What kind of support is available during programs?
All programs include email support. Some also include 1:1 coaching, office hours, or community access depending on the offer.

Do you offer 1:1 coaching or customized training for organizations?
Yes. We offer customized coaching and training solutions for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Can I hire you for speaking, workshops, or in-house training?
Absolutely. DLS offers keynotes, workshops, and in-house training across a range of L&D topics. Contact heather@devcolearning.com to learn more.

Payments and refunds

What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe, PayPal, direct deposit, cheque, wire transfer, e-transfer, and money order.

Do you offer payment plans?

Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the proprietary nature of our content and delivery guarantees, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for more info.

What happens if a payment fails?
We retry failed payments automatically and allow a second attempt before applying a late fee. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more.

Policies and legal

Can I share course materials with my team or colleagues?
Workshop materials are for personal use only. Certification materials are licensed under a usage agreement. Done-for-you content becomes your IP. See our Licensing Policy for more details.

Can I use your content or frameworks in my own work?
Unless licensed through the certification, all content is for personal use only.

Do I receive a certificate of completion or proof of certification?
Yes. Certified learners receive both a certificate and a digital badge under our licensing terms.

How do you protect my personal data?

Affiliates and partnerships

Do you have an affiliate program?
Not currently, but we may partner with affiliate vendors and service providers we trust.

Can I partner with DLS to offer services or bundle content?
