We can’t figure out where you’re going until we know where you’re at. This phase of the solution provides all of the intel we need to plan, design and build you a complete learning solution from scratch, or expand upon or improve your existing one. Think:

While we’re building out your course(s), we’ll consider your workflows, systems and the pieces that help everything run smoothly. You’re going to need a few things to make your new learning solution work for you. We’ll ensure your training is ready to launch and fully functional. Plus, we’ll make sure you know how to keep the momentum going. This may include:

Train-the-trainer sessions and/or facilitator guides
Tech integration and systems training for staff and admin before hand-off
Optional retainers or licensing for long-term support

Once we know what you’re working with we can plan and design your courses to integrate with your new learning solutions systems, processes and workflows.
