Certificate of completion

Hi, I’m Heather Deveaux, owner of Deveaux Learning Solutions and creator of The DLS Method™. For over 25 years, I’ve been helping organizations, non-profits and entrepreneurs build effective, outcome-driven training that actually works. And now I’m certifying others in my methods, systems, frameworks and tools so more people can create complete learning solutions and help raise the standard of the training industry from the inside out.
