Refund policy

At Deveaux Learning Solutions, we stand by the quality of our services, courses, and consulting programs. We believe in delivering clear outcomes, actionable strategies, and meaningful support, and we work hard to ensure each offer reflects that.

We do not offer refunds on any products or services, digital or otherwise.

This includes:

  • Online courses (of any length or format)
  • Digital downloads or toolkits
  • Live workshops and intensives
  • Certification programs
  • Consulting retainers or done-for-you service packages
  • Coaching programs (1:1 or group)

Due to the nature of our offers, which often include immediate access to intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, templates, or delivery of services on demand, all sales are final.

Payment terms

Payment options

We accept payments via:

  • Courses & programs: Credit card, debit card, and PayPal or Stripe
  • Consulting & done-for-you services: Wire transfer, direct deposit, cheque, or credit card

Payment plans

We offer payment plans as follows:

  • Consulting & done-for-you services: 25% deposit upfront, followed by three equal payments over an agreed upon timeframe based on the contract length.
  • Courses (4 weeks or longer): 2 monthly installments.
  • Courses (under 4 weeks): Must be paid in full at time of registration.

Failed or late payments

Payment plan customers are allowed up to 2 failed payment attempts before a 5% late penalty is applied.

For invoiced consulting services, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

  • After 60 days unpaid, a 5% interest penalty per 30-day period will be added until payment is received.

We reserve the right to withhold any final products or access to our systems or programs when a client or customer has failed to pay for services rendered or agreed upon.

Transfers and substitutions

We do not offer substitutions or transfers between programs or services. Please ensure you are selecting the right product, service, or course before purchase.
