Deveaux Learning Solutions offers a range of proprietary content, training systems, and certification programs designed to support individual learners, business leaders, and organizations. To protect the integrity of our programs and your investment in them we take intellectual property rights seriously.

Here’s what you need to know about how our content is licensed.

Done-for-you and consulting clients

You retain 100% ownership of the content we create for you. Once delivered and paid in full, the intellectual property belongs to you. We do not retain or reuse client-specific content in any way.

Workshops and short courses

Your enrollment grants you a personal use license only. You may review and apply the materials in your own work and business, but you may not:

• Resell the content
• Teach or deliver the frameworks as your own
• Share downloads, templates, or systems with others
• Copy, replicate, or distribute the materials in whole or in part

Certification programs

Certified participants receive a limited-use license to apply The DLS Method within their own work or practice. This license does not include the right to:

• Train others in the method
• Represent yourself as a facilitator or trainer of The DLS Method
• Modify, republish, or redistribute Deveaux Learning Solutions frameworks

We’re proud to support ongoing development of licensed professionals. We offer clear usage guidelines for certification, as well as future opportunities for those interested in becoming licensed facilitators or trainers.

Respecting the work

The DLS Method is the result of years of real-world application and development. We ask that you respect the boundaries of the license provided and contact us if you’re interested in licensing the method for broader delivery.
