These terms and conditions (“terms”) govern your use of any products, services, programs, or materials provided by Deveaux Learning Solutions. By purchasing or accessing any of our offers, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of terms

These terms apply to all users and clients of Deveaux Learning Solutions across all products and services, including:

  • Online courses and programs
  • Coaching
  • Workshops, live training and events
  • Certification programs and licensing agreements
  • Consulting and done-for-you services

Payment terms

Payment options

We accept payments via:

  • Courses & Programs: Credit card, debit card, and PayPal or Stripe
  • Consulting & done-for-you services: Wire transfer, direct deposit, cheque, or credit card

Payment plans

We offer payment plans as follows:

  • Consulting & done-for-you services: 25% deposit upfront, followed by three equal payments based on the length of the contract.
  • Courses (4 weeks or longer): 2 monthly installments.
  • Courses (under 4 weeks): Must be paid in full at time of registration.

Failed or late payments

Payment plan customers are allowed up to 2 failed payment attempts before a 5% late penalty is applied.

For invoiced consulting services, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

  • After 60 days unpaid, a 5% interest penalty per 30-day period will be added until payment is received.

We reserve the right to withhold or revoke access to services or materials for non-payment.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds of any kind for any product or service. All sales are final.

Intellectual property and licensing

Client ownership

For consulting and done-for-you work, clients retain full intellectual property rights and ownership over the materials created by Deveaux Learning Solutions on their behalf.

Personal Use Only

All other courses, programs, and workshops are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, republished, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Certification programs

Graduates of The DLS Method Certification receive access to licensed materials and frameworks for limited use under a licensing agreement. Use of certification-related content is subject to ongoing access and may be updated over time. Certification materials are provided under a non-transferable, limited-use license to certified participants only. Redistribution, resale, or delivery of the method, content, or materials to others is not permitted unless a separate facilitation or training license is granted in writing.

Guarantees

We offer a results-based guarantee for all consulting and done-for-you services, based on agreed-upon deliverables and timelines.

Guarantees for courses, workshops, and certification programs may vary and will be clearly stated on individual sales pages. Unless otherwise specified, no additional guarantees are provided for digital products.

Testimonials and marketing

By enrolling in any of our programs or services, you agree that your feedback, results, or testimonials may be used for promotional purposes. We will always seek your consent before publishing personally identifiable information.

Access terms

Course access is via Thinkific.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Standard course access is 1 year from purchase.
  • Certification participants receive ongoing access to updated materials and support for the duration of the program

Changes to this policy

We may update this terms and conditions policy from time to time and the latest version is always on our website.
